The treatment consists of the flowing strokes, kneading and gentle manipulations of the muscles performed at a light/medium pressure to relax both your muscles and your mind. It’s a full body treatment including back, shoulders, neck, head, face, arms, legs and feet massage. £50/60min or £70/90min
DEEP TISSUE massage
How deep is the deep tissue massage? As deep as your tissues can take. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia to reduce pain, decrease muscle tension, improve flexibility and range of motion. Therapist is working on the affected area and surrounding tissues. £50/60min
HOT STONE massage
Hot stone therapy melts away the tension, eases muscle stiffness, increases circulation and metabolism. River polished basalt stones are heated to 55°C degrees to promote deeper muscle relaxation by working with stones over your body and placement on the key points. £50/60min or £70/90min
PREGNANCY massage
During pregnancy your body is continually adjusting and sometimes needs a little help along the way to deal with stress, pain and changes your body is going through. Treatment is specially designed for expectant from comfortable side-laying position to pregnancy compatible natural organic oils. Only for pregnancy from 12 weeks. £50/60min or £70/90min
POST-NATAL massage
Giving birth is no doubt a magical thing and at the same time it can be challenging both physically and emotionally. It’s a specialized treatment to encourage the healing process, help you to relax and release muscular tension, particularly the parts that can become over-strained during delivery – abdomen, lower back, hips, or while carrying your baby – shoulder/neck/arm tension. £50/60min or £70/90min

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE massage
This is a therapeutic massage treatment performed by hands only. The massage uses very light pressure and long, gentle, rhythmic strokes to increase the flow of lymph, reduce swelling and flush toxins out of your body. It is very often referred as a DETOX massage. As well this massage is recommended pre/post surgeries for easier recovery, also plastic surgeries. £50/60min
INDIAN HEAD massage
This is a quick and powerful way of restoring your vitality and energy levels, releasing upper body and head tensions, headaches, alleviating migraine. Treatment includes head, face, neck and shoulders massage while lying down with or without oils using range of techniques combined with stimulation of pressure points. £30/30min
SCARWORK therapy massage
Scarwork is a gentle non-invasive manual therapy where therapist is working directly on the scar and surrounding tissues to release tight scar tissue and adhesions, stimulate optimum healing, reduce discomfort, sensitivity, pain and improve mobility/range of movement in the surrounding areas. £50/60min
ONCOLOGY (Cancer) massage
It is a very gentle and considerate massage taking into account what cancer treatment the client is undergoing and how they feel. It can be done while lying down on the massage couch or in a seated position. Many scientific studies have shown that oncology massage is effective in reducing symptoms such as stress, pain, anxiety, depression, nausea and fatigue in cancer patients. £50/60min (but duration is adjustable depending on the circumstances)
